OUR STORY

My name is Stephen Daley, I've been a chef for over 20 years. I've worked in hatted restaurants, fast paced cafe's and French brasseries, through all sections of the kitchen and run many successful establishments. Many young apprentices have undergone my teachings and gone on to be great chefs. Now its time for all to learn my tips and tricks that are used throughout the trade. All of my classes are done in a small intimate setting, focusing on having fun and eating some great food. I'm sure you will have the confidence in your next food adventure.
